We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to support development, operations, and administration, helping optimize business processes using best practices and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Gather requirements from business users, translate them into technical solutions on ServiceNow, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
- Process Development: Build, test, and deliver solutions on ServiceNow to meet business needs. Participate in testing and lifecycle management.
- Documentation & Communication: Create documentation and communicate with business users on project delivery and updates.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Technical: Deep experience with ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM). Strong knowledge of integrations, scripting, and end-to-end platform solutions. Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs, best practices, and common integrations (e.g., Okta, JIRA, AWS).
- People & Management: Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects. Strong communicator, team player, and problem-solver.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer.
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in designing and developing on ServiceNow.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
